THE STRUCTURE OF THE FORMWORK<\/h1>\n

Shields are the main element of prefabricated formwork, mounted on a metal frame made of waterproof laminated plywood. After assembly, the smooth side of the shield faces inward, towards the volume where the concrete will be poured.<\/p>\n

In addition to panels, the formwork system includes:
\n– linear, hinged or corner shields,
\n– locks for collecting panels,
\n– tightening screw,
\n– struts,
\n– scaffold brackets,
\n– pins.<\/p>\n

When assembled, the wall formwork is a hollow, high-strength structure capable of withstanding the weight of concrete and the effects of vibration-compacting mechanisms.<\/p>\n
