According to ancient Roman architect Vitruvius, the architecting is based on three beginnings: firmitas — durability, utilitas - advantage and venustas - the beauty (Triada Vitruvius) - also lies in the certain harmonious relation to proportions of a human body.
Much later (in XV century) Alberti has added the fourth beginning - expediency which can be specified, however, and as derivative of first three components.

How to begin?
The architectural project begins with conversation between specialists of the company and you. We find out your preferences, wishes, we show already performed works and we do sketches as much as possible precisely to approach your idea to the validity. Then district survey follows. The architectural project can be transferred to a virtual reality, where before starting the construction works you can see the future result. After the project final approval the constructive section and calculation of the estimate of construction work begins.
